Shweli(1)Hydropower Plant in Myanmar

Following China Huaneng Group's disaster response and power supply directives, the power station immediately evacuated all Chinese and Myanmar staff to emergency shelters. Comprehensive safety inspections were conducted on critical facilities including the dam and power plant structures. As of now, all personnel at the Shweli Hydropower Station are confirmed safe, with operations remaining stable. The station has successfully restored power supply to Namhkam and Muse regions. We will continue to strengthen risk assessments and maintain secure power transmission to Myanmar. All necessary measures are being implemented to prevent accidents.
